That card is a "1990 Topps Prequel"

Back in 1990, Topps made cards of players depicted in their new teams 10 years later (i.e., 2000), and thus, that's why you see Griffey Jr. in a Reds uniform. Also, Topps decided to get rid of the Jr. designation, since after 10+ years in the league, he's no longer a Jr.!

He also has a "1990 Topps Baseball card #353 Sandy Alomar - Padres / Error card no JR listed". I need some Glasses Focusier to view it properly, though.

Going through this person's cards for sale raises SO many questions about how he/she thinks.

For example:
Why are there 3 different auctions featuring a lot of 1990 Skybox cards, but yet a separate auction for a single 1990 Skybox Mitchell Wiggins?

Why is Cal Ripken's 1990 Topps card NOT considered an error because of the Jr. ommission?

And why is the 1989 Topps Kirby Puckett only listed at $30?
