PSA submissions directly at a show

I see PSA is going to be at the Valley Forge show at the end of this month and the Flyer says that they will be accepting submissions for all service types, so living 10 minutes away, I thought I'd swing by and drop off some submissions to save a little postage and check the show out. Im not doing same day grading. Just wanted to submit to take advantage of the monthly specials and get it back when i get it back. Pardon me for being green as I've never dropped off directly to PSA at a show before. I've always sent a package out to California. Is the protocol the same? Such as have the box within a box well packed with peanuts and the service noted on it? Or will the representatives at the show want to inspect the submission prior to accepting it? So if that's the case, should i bring packing tape for the box?? Thanks for any guidance.

I'm not a member and I've submitted cards on site, so I'd have to say no

Just an FYI, you do NOT have to be a member to submit to either PSA or PSA/DNA irregardless if you do it via mail, or at on site drop offs. They did away with that requirement a couple of years ago. However, if you want to get the Collector Club monthly specials pricing, then you must be a member of the Collectors Club

Did not know they did away with having to be a member. The only good specials are the bulk ones. So that's all I would need a membership for. Are you 100% sure about this?
