I'm thinking of buying a bunch of NM-MT 1971 baseball in a set break on EBAY. Anyone do any business with a guy from Danville, KY named Waverly82? Should I have concerns?

Be very careful in dealing with this guy. I've had no luck in transactions with him as his stuff tends to be overgraded. His return policy is great, but not worth the hassle considering every transaction I've had with him ended up in returns.
Just in case you aren't, just do a search of Waverly in the Sports cards section. Personally, I had been buying cards from Waverly for awhile until I started reading the threads. Recently I did my first PSA submission (50 cards). I know at least 10 of those cards came from Waverly and none of them came back trimmed or recolored. I do have a 1971 Fergie Jenkins that I think may be recolored and I did not submit that card. I am not sure if that card came from Waverly.
this seller is off my list for good.
