Technical question regarding deleting one of my posts in the course of my thread

I currently have the following thread going:

http://forums.collectors.com/messageview.cfm?catid=26&threadid=867531&STARTPAGE=1

I know how to edit my posts but is it possible to complete delete my post(s) that either have no content or I don't need.

Thanks!

David

You can ask a mod to delete it but you cant, best you can do is edit it all out.

No. On these boards, only moderators can delete threads, and I'm not sure even they can delete single posts.

All you need to do is just edit out anything you don't want there. A blank post will remain, however.

Editing your post won't affect the following posts. So the images of your coins will remain. If that matters.

...i believe images can be deleted as easily as text, if i'm understanding this correctly. image

A follow-up post to the OP's converted his text links to the actual true view images. The OP can delete his text but the subsequent message will still have his images.
