62-63, due to what I see a lack of breast feathers on the rev eagle. If thats a function of the lighting then it could go 64.

Poor picture taking skills....the pics do not do the coin justice...I just bought a new camera. The pics were taken with natural light.

Easy 63- I see the real issue as possible hairlines on the cheek- if clean 64
