  • No 10's. THis card is notorious for having Print Defects and being OC (worse than Bird/Magic)

Think you have a few 9 (OC) and 8's based on printing issues.

Think you're wasting your $ sending them in as even a 9 with NQ won't get your money back

This is not true.. a 9 is worth in the $75 - $100 range

If any were subbed, I go with middle row, card on the right.

    Thanks,

Don't see any 9s there. 8.5 on a lucky day, but I think you're looking at some 8s or lower
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

if only Jack Perconte hadn't been masquerading as a Future Star - this card could have had some real gravitas.
  • Right side, middle is the only one id send in.

Big Fan of: HOF Post War RC, Graded RCs
WTB: PSA 1 - PSA 3 Centered, High Eye Appeal 1950's Mantle
  • Middle Row - Right side as well. Best Chance you have for a 9
  • I would give the top left, middle right and bottom right a shot. Even if they get 8s you make a couple bucks per card.

I'm curious if the Angels win a few more champtionships under Scioscia, if this card would ever be viewed in the public as the Mike Scioscia RC vs. the Valenzuela RC (w/ Mike Scioscia as a sidekick). Even in the late 60's to early 70's, Jerry Koosman was carrying the load on the Ryan/Koosman RC, and I'm sure people back then referred to the card as the Koosman RC.
  • the one I had submitted came back as an 8 (OC) and it does not move at $8. But it definitely is off center.

Agreed. And I think top left is the best of the bunch if it doesn't get a PD qualifier
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12
