I wish I could help but I know absolutely nothing about this card. It is a very cool card by the way.

King might be of help but another board member Eagles I believe came across this card and a few other very rare Andre cards from Japan and perhaps could help.

I would keep it raw for a while and see if you can get it in a PSA slab. Good luck.

    Cool card, I imagine it is just lack of information from that particular set....I have some Menko Lou Thesz cards that I would love to get slabbed but I imagine that I will be facing the same battle you are facing right now with that card....it will take a while but you may eventually get it slabbed. Getting the whole checklist for the set would be a good start as I would get it checklisted on my website of wrestling card checklists from all different years...
