Find below three Genoese scudos. All three had similar prices. One dealer has a presence only at shows, I think. A second dealer is a German vendor. A third dealer is a prominent US presence. I place the coins in no particular order and you can guess who is what.

    I must have missed this thread the first time around. I like the first one myself. Did you buy all 3?

    All three are mine. The top scudo indeed is the nicest. It also is the only one which I purchased, sight seen, at the NYINC.
    The dealer graded it XF, but as you know, such gradings are questionable when it comes to coins such as this.
    The other two were purchased based on photos supplied by the vendor.
