Looking for an original 1956 mint set outside envelope

A while back I bought a mega toned 1956 mint without outside mailing envelope, just the inside envelope..well I certainly would like to have a outside envelope as well...I will pay a good price for a outside envelope..name and address to whom set was being delivered on envelope to me is nice but not a must...thanks so much

I doubt any of those exist today.

However, I would be leary of anyone claiming to have one as it could be a modern envelope made to look like one used to ship the 56 sets in.

There is just one envolpe. If the original purchaser bought just one set his name and address would be on the envolope. If multiple set were purchased they were shipped in a box with the name and address on the box and the envolpes with the proof set are in the box with nothing on it.

i have a mailing envelope for a 1956 mint set that someone has marked 1953 with ink, i you can remove the 1953 writiing you can have the envelope for your 1956 set.
