1971-72 Basketball Wax Pack Question

Hey guys. This is a very tough pack to find and I had a question about them. My question is where these packs given in 2 series or 1 pack gets all kind of deal. There are 2 checklist in this set that breaks up the NBA 1-144 and the ABA 145-233. Where they sold as 2 series packs? I have one with an NBA player on the back. I have never seen one of these in a GAI or PSA case with an exact series. Was there only 1 series to this set in packs? Any help would be great.

    this was the first set I ever completed from packs- I recall them all being issued at once, no separate series.

    Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

    All cards were issued in one series with 31 DP's including Pete M. Will look for the 1/2 sheet I saved that shows the DP's

    FYI, packs contain 8 cards and 1 trio sticker

    DP's are the Columns 5 thru 11 plus Archie Clark and the checklists.
