Question about submitting packs for grading.

Do I need to be a member of PSA's Collectors Club to submit packs for grading? Also, If I did join the Collectors Club can I use my vouchers for free grades to get packs graded, or are the vouchers just for grading single cards? I haven't submitted to PSA since around 2003/04 so I wasn't sure how this works now, especially in regards to pack grading.

You do not have to be a member to sub packs.

The voucher for free grades with a CC membership is for cards only.
