    I couldn't say if an SP or not, but a helluva 48. Not bad for a key coin. Canada coins when nice have always looked prooflike. It is hard not to want them to be. I personally haven't seen too many mishandled SP coins, if any. Isn't there a grading company for Canada coins? Our hosts do Canada? Probably your best bet for a solid opinion.
