BIN with best offer question as a seller.

Hey all,

I have an item that I'm selling on ebay listed with a best offer. I had an offer on my item that I didn't accept however I sent a counter offer. In the meantime another buyer made an offer that I would like to accept, but I still have the counter offer out there with the first buyer.

If I accept the second offer before hearing or letting time expire on the first offer is there anything the first buyer can do to me? Will I get into any trouble with ebay? I have never had this happen before.

You're all set. You can take any offer you'd like, and all other offers out there will be auto canceled by ebay. Take your $$ and run!!

I thought there was a way to rescind the counter offer, no?

Once you accept an offer, Ebay automatically cancels all losers. Just click accept on the offer you want.
