anybody remember plastic plus packs back in the early 1990's?

I remember these packs back in the day around 1991 or 1992. each pack had one vintage card in thick plactic holder I remember pulling a 1965 topps Pete Rose and 1971 Topps Reggie Jackson. Anybody else remember buying these back in the day?
