Does PCGS blow air on coins before encapsulating to remove dust?

Fewer coins seem to have dust on them when they come back in slabs as they did when they left. Perhaps the dust is on the coin capsules when I ship them out?

The slab machine has an air blower that blows on the coin as it gets slabbed. The coin surface will be mostly dust free. The key is keeping the slab parts sterile.
