Question about bulk submissions

When submitting bulk vintage or modern commons-100 minimum. Do you need a separate invoice for every 25 cards or can you print out multiple copies of the same invoice? Also do oversized cards need to be on a separate invoice? Now the dumbest question-Do these card actually have to be commons or can they be star cards? Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just photocopy the first page of the submission form, cross out the numbers, and keep going up to 100 or higher.... they no longer have to be just commons, start cards are OK....I've never submitted over-sized, but I beleive they need to be on a separate invoice ....

You can also use another regular invoice and crossout the number and put the 1st invoice number down. Put at the top 1 of 4. 2 of 4 etc.
