Need a grading opinion

I was wondering if this would be worth sending in? Looking to get a 9, but not sure if the print mark on the right side in the middle dooms me.

I sent a gem of a rice rookie in with perfect centering and one little print dot on upper right came back an 8. Carlton's t/b centering won't help the fish eye.
Still a sharp card. I've opened a fair amount of wax and racks and only pulled 2 Carltons both diamond cuts. Good luck.
LR & TB centering will prohibit a 9, 8 is best this will ever do IMO
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
