Way to go Keith! I just noticed you finished your set. Enjoy #4 while you can as I have an Accent Hair Kennedy on the way
I'll bet it just killed you to buy that Accent Hair Kennedy. Personally I think one or two proofs is good for you, kind of like taking cod liver oil whether or not you like it... Every circulating strike collector should have at least one

Bill, the answer is still heck no. (Although classic proofs look pretty cool).
Carl, what really kills me is that I had to buy a second silver state quarter proof. I already had the 2000 Virginia silver since it was previously required. On the plus side, I do get to give up the Kennedy half and Roosevelt dime proofs previously required.
And what really kills me, 4 months ago, I bought an Accented Hair Kennedy in PR-68 that had solid CAM on both sides, more so than a 68 piece I had got back from PCGS as 67CAM. Problem, it had some ugly yellow toning, so I cracked it out, dipped it till it was nice and pretty, and submitted it raw. Unfortunately, in the process, I must have mishandled it because I added a few hairlines and it came back PR-64. Sold it on E-Bay in disgust with my tale of woe in the description. (Board member bought it and it is listed with a picture in their 1950 set)

Nice job!
What set are you gunning for now? I will be sure to duck!

In God We Trust.... all others pay in Gold and Silver!
First step is MS-65 for all required pieces on this set, then see about upgrading the gold to 64 and 65. The two harder pieces from the 12 coin gold type set I would get in AU-58, so not enough to break the bank, but enough to require patience.
Right now, I have all my gold registered in every set humanly possible to try and help convince PCGS that the gold should be combined with the non-gold in the 20th Century set. When they combine it back it, I will probably drop the gold only type sets (20th Design, 20th Type, and Basic Gold Type).
