Difference between Min Size Requirement and Trimmed?

I got a card back from PSA with "Min Size Requirement".

Does this mean that the card was not trimmed but came from the factory that way and just doesn't measure up to normal size?

    re vouchers - that's a good question - I hope so. And if so, do I have to ask for one?

    Yes..............you will receive vouchers for cards that are returned for " Min Size Requirement " ! They will usually send the vouchers about a week or so after you receive your submission back ..............no need to request them !

    Just wondering, how would a grader know if a card is trimmed rather than coming from the factory that way. What evidence on the card would indicate trimming ? I have had numerous cards returned as trimmed and wanted to know if there are signs to look for besides measuring the card.
