Do you think this is an eBay scam?

It seems to be happening to me ALOT lately (I am the seller).
The mailing address the buyer has thru eBay is different than what the mailing address is with the Paypal account.
And to make it even more suspect, I'd say 80-90% of the time (not an exageration), one of the addresses is an Apt.
I understand people move and might forget to update all of their mailing addresses with their on-line accounts, but it is happening alot to me, to the point where I think it's a scam.
Send the item to the Apt. address and they can say it never was received because not many Apt. mail boxes are very big if you a shipping anything bigger than a SFR box.
I am very leary sending packages to Apt. addresses for this reason.
Have you been experiencing this and do you think it's of any concern?

To forgive is to free a prisoner, and to discover that prisoner was you.

Maybe based on your experience, not mine. Maybe because I primarily sell on eBay and they don't side with sellers much from my experiences and with conversations with others.

Good to know, thanks. I'd still like to confirmation from the buyer though, so that they acknowledge there are 2 different addresses.
Can you tell that I've been burned one too many times on eBay transactions as being the seller?
As Derryb said, if PP says OK to ship (and you follow their rules, as I am sure you do), you shouldn't have any problem.
