    Am I reading that right? For $5,090 you get to buy a 1/80th share of the mineral rights? And thereafter you're supposed to cough up 25% of your finds to someone else?

    I think that 25% honor system thing is just s decoy to imply you are going to be finding something and it gets a person thinking...no way i'm not giving up 25% and already it's triggered the mind that there's something there.Beyond that his last feedback speaks volumes,i'm not sure what to make of the positives.
