Do You Think This Seaver Rookie Has A Chance To Upgrade

Noticed this Seaver Rookie on Ebay today (200815411995) . Can someone answer if there is a premium on centered Seavers or are they not hard to find? I noticed that it has an old flip and if it has so good centering, is it a canadate for an upgrade on a resubmit? I already own a Seaver but the centering is not as nice as this one.

    SEAVER RC

I will say NO, due to the staining on the lower border.

I say it is a 7 due to the corners on (right side of card (in upright position))

    Tilt hurts my eyes
  • The tilt and staining make it a 7. It almost looks like someone took scissors to it though.
