1967 SMS Lincoln....CAM or No CAM? and if so, what Grade?

What are forum opinions on whether this Lincoln would get the CAM designation. Looks close to me.
and if so, what are grade opinions?

Your number three coin looks good ,but hard to tell with your pictures

All three sets of images are the same coin. Just different angles.
Imo, the obverse qualifies for CAM. It is the reverse that I am questioning. In hand the frost is actually a little better than the pics show. I had a hard time capturing a good image of the reverse.

as pointed out the carbon spot on the reverse keeps it from 67.

No cameo designation. I don't even think it would receive a star designation (if you submitted it to NGC instead of our host given the low likelihood of a PCGS cameo designation).
<< <i>No cam and the spot and flecks hold it to 66 at best imo >>
IMHO, I don't think that one will cam as the mirrors are not deep enough.
With PCGS SMS cams, it is all about the mirrors and less about the frost on the devices (but it still has to have frost.)
