Supposibly these dimes are rare.....How rare?

PCGS only shows a pop of 1 for the 1970, and 1 for 1970-D
Doesn't list anything for the '69
So are these rare?

Since your dimes are well circulated I would wager they are worth...............ten cents.
I may be wrong, but I don't think they will be rare......maybe hard to find in MS.

They are both "Reverse of '68" varieties listed in the Cherry Pickers Guide.
Per the CPG, these have the reverse that was used for the '68 Proof dimes. This design was not used on circulation strikes until 1971.
The pick up point is the two deep valleys in the flame, and it being struck in high relief.
Cherry Pickers Guide states they seem to be rare, but as Dimeman mentions it is a relatively new variety. Time will tell.
