Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
As Grote15 said...Columbia Sportscards is hard to beat.
They have 2000 for $110 shipped so your total for 10,000 of them is $550. You may also be able to get a better price on that many if you contact them.

Always plenty of PSA-graded cards in my ebay store -- https://ebay.com/str/thelumbercompanysportscards
I usually help myself to 50-or so when I see PSA for my graded submissions, but I think they may thing 10,000 somewhat of an egregious act.
Don't want to get kicked off the boards LOL
