Question about the 2000 Millennium Set Silver Eagles

Does PCGS designate Silver Eagles from the 2000 Millenium Sets in any special way? I don't see anything on the Price Guide.

In this era of certifiying mintmarks that are not there, shouldn't there be a 2000-(W) label?

PCGS puts "Millenium Set" on the holder.

These used to sell north of $300 but no so much anymore.

I think it "had" been required for the Silver Eagle Set but not anymore. The PCGS Coin Number is 9969.
