Should I grade this pack?

I have a 1987 Fleer Basketball wax pack with Michael Jordan sticker showing on front....and Magic Johnson showing on back.
No tears or rips to the pack. Still sealed and looks good.
Is it worth the money to send it in to grade? or should I just sell it ungraded?
Will they label the flip Michael Jordan AS sticker front Magic Johnson Back? or just the Magic Johnson back?

I asked these questions before but got little feedback....Please help

I only collect unopened baseball, but with that being said I think it would be worth it to get it graded. I did a search on eBay and a couple of PSA 7 packs sold for $40 and $45 and a few PSA 8's sold for $59.95. Looking at your pack, I think you'll get a PSA 7 on it, but having the Jordan sticker on top and Magic on back noted on the flip I think it would be worth at least $65 to $70. Could be more to the right collector, but I'm trying to be conservative.
