Thanks guys, I'm seriously considering moving, and moving some of my hard assets will assist in the new home. It's not definite, but then the homeowner is looking at houses tomorrow, I know he's motivated to sell.

There's a ton of custom work, if you care to look here is the house.

It was on the market a year ago, but it fell through. All the additions make it perfect for my family. 24 pictures to view. Only downfall is 2 baths, but 2 living rooms, 5 beds, an office, heated pool, coy pond,3 car plus ATV garage etc. we'll see nothing is final other than these amazing Carter's going to go at market price. Thanks for looking.

I wish the house was for the price listed, that's just for the base part of the house without any of the additions. It was on the market a year ago for 350, and had a contract in place with other buyers, but needed the septic to be replaced, so the owner did that and put a heater in for the pool. They had agreed upon 335. So that's where I would like to be. We'll see...
