Help with Nickel 1994 P PMD or ?

Whats up with this nickel? These threads always turn up PMD but....have to check cuz curiosity is killing me. Pic taken with iphone. Obverse looks normal reverse has center raised dot.

    are you sure dot isn't raised but the home/Monticello was lowered instead?

    That's sort of what it looks like to me. Maybe something like a washer was pressed over it and it lowered the Monticello and the dot pushed up.

    I have a similar looking nickel. Someone used a punch to take out a circle of it, and replaced it so that the details are wrong, to simulate an error. But I would have to see the obverse to be sure.
