Beautiful Walter Johnson Autographed Check PSA/DNA Slabbed

Beautiful, bold signature with no punch holes. Very slight red cancellation stamp touches the "o" in Johnson (as can be seen below). Great item to add to your collection:

Great item. Wish I could buy that right now.

Does it say he spent 25.00 at the barbers??
Man that could have bought a car in 1945 or a trip to Hawaii!
Or was that the time period where the government was just printing money to make money and prices were just high?

    Very neat item!

I think the check is made out to his daughter, Barbara Johnson.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

ok, I was talking about a down payment for a car. Or 275 loafs of bread. But if that was a barber that would have been crazy. Thanks for pointing it out it was a relative.
