I would think it would depend on the kind of coin/s submitted. A roll of silver eagles likely wouldn't be treated the same was as a roll of say, Morgans.
At least for collectors club bulk subs there is a 100 coin minimum with a max of 5 different dates/mint marks per submission. I have no idea what the requirements are for dealer types.

Your best bet is to contact the bulk submission folks.

Same requirements for dealers. 100 coins is the bare minimum and it takes a larger submission than that to get a better deal.
Bulk coins are graded on a separate line from the regular submissions. Generally the bulk coins do not go through as many of the grading steps as the regular submission coins.
