4SC Customer Service (Positive)

It seems that only the bad experiences make it into written form, so I felt obligated to pass along a good experience with 4SC customer service.

I bought a 1989 John Smoltz Bowman Tiffany PSA 10 about 6 weeks ago, along with a number of other cards. They sat on my desk until I decided to enter them in my registry over the weekend. That's when I noticed the Smoltz was not the Tiffany version (about $85 price difference). I figured I was screwed since it took me so long to notice, but shot 4SC an email explaining. I had a response first thing Monday morning that they would look into it. Later that day, I had another email telling me they had a Tiffany to send me along with a postage paid bubble mailer to send the other card back. They also apologized for the error.

This was my first problem with 4SC and it was handled promptly and very fairly.
