Hello to all,
Looking to buy a F15 or lower (graded or raw) problem free Washington Carver Half Dollar. Compared to the VF25 that I have, the "U.S.A." on the reverse of the coin would have to be worn completely away to reach this grade. I am willing to pay 3x book value for a coin with this wear.
