Too much tilt?

As you can see, this card is very sharp. One of its only flaws is the fact that it has a pretty good tilt to it. What is the highest grade the card could get with this tilt?

That is a very strong card. I think the tilt is not that bad but the centering is a little off t/b. I would think a chance at an 8 but for sure a PSa 7.
