Re-holdering question

I have a 1993 Upper Deck SP Derek Jeter PSA 9. I've seen some cards that they've put the card in a penny sleeve before slabbing. If I wanted the card put in a penny sleeve and re-holdered to prevent the card from moving in the holder, will PSA do this?

    I"ve had mixed results with this. I've asked specifically for certain holders (using PSA's terms, 04 holder or whatever the code was) and a little bit over half the time it was ignored. I suspect the sealing department doesn't even see the invoice instructions.
    Best bet is to go to a show where they are grading (I think that is just the National, perhaps the Long Beach show as well) and ask for it when they can take it right into the back and do it on the spot.
