OT: Does the song you hear the organist play at EVERY game have a name?

It's four notes and it starts really slow then speeds up and then ends with the ba-da-da DAH da DAH (Charge!!!!). It was also the song the ants marched to in "Tom and Jerry" when they stole all the picnic food.

The article in the link below explains that part of the tune, but not the DAH dum dum dum DAH dum dum dum DAH dum dum dum lead in. When did that get appended as an intro?
