How bad will the grade and value be affected on this pack?

Received my BBCE packs on Friday and one of my 1973 packs has a gum tear
The other pack is fine. So do I still have it graded? If so, what's the best I can expect, 6? How about the value? Would like to know your opinion. Thanks, Doug
