What does it take to get an item removed from ebay?

I purchased this card on ebay two weeks back. It is now in my possession.

Now this card is listed on ebay. It is the same photo and the listing mentions the same card number. Obviously the seller is not selling this card.

Twice I have reported this listing, once using fraudulent listing, and another time using stolen images. And as you can see ebay has done nothing about it.

Further, many other times I have clicked on the report item link. Such as this turd of a Tris Speaker autograph with a COA from Ace, who is on ebay's banned list. And they still have not removed it. So what does it take to get ebay's attention?

We have to look at ourselves here. There are other options starting to pop up, but we keep going back to the same crack dealer. As long as the customers keep supporting them, then this is what we all paid for.
