I would love to upgrade my 1959 Topps Bob Gibson PSA 5 card. This is a really nice card of the Cardinals great and sounds like a great deal. Hope someone jumps on this.

I would love to have it but I am working on a couple of sets right now. I just dropped $365 for a 1948 Bowman Stan Musial PSA 5 to add to my collection and still need some other cards to complete some other sets. Wish I could right now because I would love to have it.

I think you are right Bob......I like it though. One of my favorite cards. I guess it could be centered a little better, but if it was centered better, I would ask more. Hard card to find centered.

Centering is the problem. Eye appeal is lost regardless of the grade.

The card graded a '7'. I got it raw from Heritage and sent it off. All Star Cards is paying $315 for this particular card in this particular grade. VCP average is $380. Just thought I would give someone a deal. Worse case scenario, I ship it off to ASC and collect the $315. This card is hard to find centered. If mine was centered better, I would be asking more, or it might have gotten the half point bump.

Nice card. And yeah, the Gibson is very difficult to find nicely centered. Sorry your thread got derailed.

glad that you were able to find someone to buy the card. It is a great card and I would have loved to have it but I bought a Musial rookie recently and tapped out my funds. Let me know down the road if you get another Gibson rookie graded..might be interested then.
