Starting a new player set?

I don't see a set registry for former Flyers goalie Pelle Lindbergh.

My question is this, what is the requirement for starting a player set? Including stickers, there are only about 7 or 8 cards for this player during his career (1983-1985). Is that too few to have a set registry?

It's not too few. However, you will need to send PSA a list of certs for 5 different graded cards/stickers of Lindbergh (they're on the honor system that you own those cards) for them to put a Pelle Lindbergh Master Set onto their to-do list.
