Pack grading turnaround time!

Is it taking everyone over TWO MONTHS to get their pack submissions back?

I think PSA advertises 45 business days for packs. That's 9 weeks. The one time I submitted packs (around February), It took around 6 weeks.

    40-45 bday is average.

Edit to add National week doesn't count either.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
  • Yes my pack grading took over 2 months. I had a 5 cello pack submission that took almost 3 months. But I was so happy to finally get them graded that it didn't matter to me how long it took!

I've always thought it would be funny if some wiseacre at PSA put 'stolen' instead of 'shipped' in the entry for order status.

My order is approaching the 45 day mark and no poppage yet.
I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.
  • ...or "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we microwaved your vintage wax packs instead of hermetically sealing them! Our bad!"
  • I agree, it is totally worth the wait!!
