My Bad Experience

I had a bad experience recently with US Asset Forfeiture & Seizures in which I paid them money but never received my coin.
I made numerous attempts to get the coin or to regain my money, but was consistently and literally told it was, "In the mail."
I have received neither, though the original "sale" was on April 7, so there has been plenty of time for them to deliver on their promise.
Live Auctioneers, which hosted the auction when this coin was purchased does not have a listed telephone number and has not responded to my slow-mail correspondence.
The transaction was for a $195 valued 1883 S AU.
I thought the collecting community ought to know. I also hope someone here has a thought as to my next step.
If this is the kind of posting that is not acceptable here, please remove it and I apologize.
Thanks!

if they have the tracking number. Good luck, I hope
you receive your item !!!
April 7 and you complain publicly on August 21!
Wow.
It looks like they have a "Live Help" link. Have you asked them for a phone number?
I just asked the live help for a phone number and they answered immediately but said they do not have a phone number, yet. Hmmm?
I hope you get your coin or cash back, that stinks!
I'm impressed by their website - their title page is labeled "index" - geez, what 4th grader made that one?
Sorry, but their site looks like a late night infomercial or something.

Design structure from 1995 interwebs, frontpage action too unfortunately.
Great idea to contact the attorney general TheNoost, I'll give it a whirl.
The simple way to solve the problem..

<< <i>I would do it the easy way, you had to pay with a credit card, have your credit card reverse the charge (Charge Back). They will do it with NO questions ask and you will get the money. If the company that you bought from fights it, they have to show proof you received it..

Do this immediately! Contacting the Attorney General will most likely result in nothing happening. There's no legal obligation that the U.S. Attorney General has to help you with your case, and stuff like this is generally in the purview of the various State Attorneys General, which have their own Consumer Protection departments. Still, the complaint process takes a while. Contact your credit card company first.
Feel free to ask for my BST references!
