I've come into a mini-hoard of gently used Intercept Shield Double Protection boxes, each with 10 holders. All are in good condition with no holes, tears or markings. Prices do not include postage.

$200 for a lot of 6 (6 boxes will fit into a Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate box, but with very little padding - $11 plus $2.75 insurance)
