Help with a 1966 Mantle MC

Need a little help, just got back my 1966 Mantle, PSA did not slab it and sent it back "MC" I was thinking easy 7 maybe an 8. The card is slightly diamond cut. Top to bottom on both right and left side are the same. Left to right on the top is 1/32 less than on bottom. Ive seen many "MC" cards that received grades. So, two questions, why did they not grade my card and what kind of value would you put on it. Sorry, cant scan right now, but I have graded about 400 cards, this card has solid 8 corners and boarders, near perfect surface, great centering except for the diamond cut. Thanks.

    Welcome to the Mickey Mantle Miscut club. Just got this back two days ago. I thought mine would be OC at the worst. I was wrong. image

    My first thought on that card would have been trimed, because your boarders on the opposite sides are not the same width, mine, the top right boarder is the same as the bottom left and vise versa.

    I think that's why they call it a Miscut, it's not a uniform cut and won't fit in a slab.
