I did not go to National. However, I sent in a package to PSA with 6 different submissions that arrived at PSA the Wednesday during National. (I put the free Collector's Club Service on the outside of the package.) I got loggage the day after, on the Thursday during National. My 10 business day July Special already popped yesterday (Tuesday), which was only 7 business days. However, my CCS submission which was supposed to be 7 business days has not yet popped. (I am counting the Friday during National as one business days although I have heard that PSA considers this a holiday.)

PSA does not count Wed-Fri of National week as business days.
No doubt, I vent (perhaps, more than I should) about the last year's worth of slow poppage times... and many have said... if you want faster service you have to pay for it! I made 3 submissions in July, and I heeded such uber-wise advice on one particular sub because I wanted the cards back ASAP... So instead of utilizing the $8 20-day special last month... I opted to go with a full price, regular submission at the 10-day level... now on Business Day #12 (#15, not crediting the National days when I, and many others, got poppage on those days)
The sub I dropped off at the national logged today. The CS rep laughed when I told her I wouldn't see these cards back until Halloween, but Thanksgiving may be the real target!
I have to say that I'm getting my fastest poppages ever. My 45 business day July Special arrived on August 1st, was logged on August 2nd, and I got poppage today, on August 20th, which is a mere 11 business days if you don't count National.
I mean come on, how long does it take to log over 22,000 items from the National (not including the regular flow of submissions during that time span)? Can't you throw my cards into an automated logging machine or something? [/sarcasm]
I sent in about 70 card that was received on 7/11/2012 ans still being processed...look they might be prioritizing the national. Or it's that i submitted cards only from odd-ball sets
