What is going on with 4sharpcorners?

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar recent experience. I purchased 2 cards off of their website on July 27. On July 31, I get an e-mail from them stating my order has been shipped. After 8 days and no cards, I called them and they gave me a delivery confirmation number. I have checked it regularly since and there have been no status updates - just keeps saying "Electronic shipping info received August 1." I filed a claim with Paypal 3 days ago and 4sharpcorners has not responded to it. I called them yesterday and left them a detailed message, but they did not return my call. Sure seems like they never even shipped the package. If they did not have the cards, why not just tell me they made a mistake and did not have the cards?

It's probably lying under a table at their office or under a seat in their delivery van. They have great cards at great prices... too bad they have NO customer service!

4SC customer service is about as bad as it gets.

They may have great cards, but getting them once you place an order of win an auction is by no means a certainty.
Worse, when you call them to find out what is going on you cannot get a consistent answer from them. They tell you
different things each time you call.

They have become a supplier of last resort for me.

  • Wow! I'm suprised to hear this. I have recently purchased a couple of cards and the transactions could not have gone better. But, it's easy to have good customer service when everything goes according to plan. When there is a problem, that's when you can tell how good (or bad) they really are!

    Ditto. Their customer service sucks.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

In the automotive business, I always judge my vendors by how they handle it when there is a problem. Anyone can be great when things go smoothly. It's when there is an issue that you really find out who you're dealing with

Wow, never had any problems with them. I purchased a group of 18 graded 3 weeks ago and then another lot of 14 the following week. They arrived in great shape and without delay. I notice his prices have gone up a bit after I snagged a bunch of 70-78 Kelloggs pieces, but never had an issue with him at all. Good luck...

That is so true and applies to any line of work.

I called them again and was finally able to reach someone. They said they don't know what happened and went ahead and refunded my $150.

Was your purchase for PSA 9 cards?

If so, they are probably like finding a needle in the haystack in their inventory

of course they were psa 10s...but I get your point...LOL
  • I dont understand.

I do a lot of business with them (over many years) and have NEVER had any issues at all. Ship 123 and answer phone 123.

Talking to the woman who answered the phone the 4 times I have called was like a waste of oxygen. There will not be a 5th time. Personally....I don't like anything about that business and the numerous overgraded cards they sell.

Think that problem has something more to do with the people who's message board you are on and not 4SC's. They just send them in. PSA's top notch graders are the ones putting the numbers on the flips.

I am having a similar experience with them currently. I received two emails stating the order was shipped on 5/13 (paid 5/9) but tracking number shows acceptance on 5/15.
