Complete set questions

I currently own a 1983 Topps Baseball, some late eighties Topps traded baseball sets, and a 1986 Topps Football set.

How do most store their complete sets? I generally have mine still in the box I purchased them from, I don't have any sealed or in binders. I also didn't take the star cards out, do most of you leave the stars intact or send them in for grading?

If you are a collector and like to look at them, put them in sheets in binders. If you are viewing them as some sort of investment, leave them in the boxes...although any post 1983 Topps set is best held for pleasure rather than profit
