    This is why a reputable BST seller will request the buyer's email and phone number. A buyer should be informed of transaction status eveytime it changes: receipt of payment, shipping tracking info, etc. Buyer's should return the courtesy by letting the seller know item arrived safely and everything is okey dokey.
