1870 no LCW Canada 50 cents portrait question

I have a client who has offered me a selection of coins, including a CCCS graded 1870 50 cent piece. It doesn't say either LCW or no LCW on the certificate. I haven't yet seen it in hand, but based on the scan it looks like there is no LCW, but there is definitely a shamrock behind the cross on the crown (making it portrait H2). I don't think I've ever seen a genuine no LCW that wasn't portrait H1. According to my (somewhat old) Charlton guide, the H1/H2 portrait are exclusive to the no LCW/LCW varieties.
The picture I have of it is quite poor- I can't tell one way or another if it's no LCW or if it was removed. I find it very unlikely that CCCS would slab an altered coin (LCW being removed), but also odd that they wouldn't note on the cert that it was one type or the other.
Thoughts?

BUT, mistakes were made before...AND, so has ICCS and the others when it comes to specific varieties.
NO LCW : besides NO shamrock, point on Vickies bust is closer to the C in Canada than on the LCW
LCW = obv 2 portrait
NO LCW = Obv 1 portrait
BUT, with obverses it can be tricky. they always say : currently known, leaving the door open for new discoveries.

As far as I can tell based on the poor photos, I am pretty sure it's an H2 portrait.
