Topps heritage problem

I just purchased and opened a box of this years Heritage and every two to three cards on top of each pack have a crease along the left edge of the card, an indentation along the entire length of the card. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have an address where I can send these back to Topps? I am really disappointed in the cards. Hopefully I am not too late in trying to get them exchanged. any help would be appreciated.

    << <i>Topps Card Replacement >>

The Topps Company will replace any Topps produced card that is determined to be damaged or defective from any current-year product (only), while supplies last.

A maximum of 25 cards per request is permitted, and each grouping must be accompanied by the following four items: (1) a letter of explanation, (2) copy of receipt from the store in which you purchased the cards, (3) pack wrappers and (4) proof of purchase (UPC code found on the bottom of the box) sent to the following address:

    The Topps Company, Inc.
    401 York Ave.
    Duryea, PA 18642
    ATTN: Consumer Relations

Topps strongly recommends sending all replacement requests in a fashion which provides proof of delivery, within padded envelopes or boxes. Please note that The Topps Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or, misdirected mail. Replacements for eligible cards will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt. Any ineligible cards received (or any cards that Topps is unable to replace, for any reason) will be returned back to the Consumer.

Wow Topps, do you really need to have all this info? Can't you just replace the crappy defective cards? Next year we will also most likely need a proof video with a driver's license.

One time I typed up something snarky about a blood and stool sample coming via FedEx as well to comply with all requests. Someone found it funny included a free pack of cards from whatever set the damaged cards were from.

I think it is odd as well that you have to give them everything but your first born. The cards I am returning are obviously damaged from the printer, sorter or pack filler machine that they were produced on. the crease (indentation) is in the exact same place on every card that was damaged. This doesn't happen just by accident....anyways they are on their way back to topps, I'll see what happens and provide an update in the future....I'm guessing 8-10 weeks if I'm lucky....

couldn't believe that I got back the 45 cards from Topps that were damaged.......AND THEY ARE ALL NOW NICE!!!! have to say that Topps did a great job replacing the cards that I sent to them from the box I opened......Great job Topps....I know that many of us, but not all complain enough when problems occur, but needed to give them a shout out on this occasion for a job well done.
